Event Details

Come and join us for the 2nd annual Colin Hubbell Bike Ride at 10:00 AM on June 19. 

The12.5 mile route will start and finish at the Traffic Jam restaurant (and brewery) in mid-town Detroit.  We will be touring through Wayne State, the New Center, Woodbridge, Corktown, the Riverfront, the Dequindre Cut and back through the Eastern Market.

Food and beverages are included as part of the registration fee.

Decorative Colin Hubbell bandanas will be given to registered participants.

Proceeds from registration will go the Colin Hubbell Fund administered by the University Cultural Center Association.

 Traffic Jam Restaurant is at 511 West Canfield Street, Detroit, MI 48201 on the  corner of Second Avenue and Canfield.

 

REGISTRATION ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT IS $25.  Please register in advance.

Colin Hubbell Fund



The Colin Hubbell Fund is housed as a project of the University Cultural Center Association (UCCA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.  UCCA, established to serve Detroit's Midtown area in 1976, has over 60 members representing the area's cultural, academic, medical and service institutions, corporations, businesses and community organizations.

Funds are raised through individual donations and through periodic fundraising events.  Currently, the fund has more than $30,000 available for Hubbell Fund projects.  Donations to the Hubbell Fund can be accepted by the UCCA at any time.
